Heritage Fee Structure 2011/2012 Academic Year

At Heritage our goal is to make a quality international education affordable and accessible.  Below is the Fee Structure for the upcoming years, please ask at the school reception or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • NOTE: Several classes are at capacity.  Parents are encouraged to place a $500 reservation deposit per child to ensure they have a place next year.  This is deducted from first semester school fees and is non-refundable and non-transferable and does not carry forward to the next semester.

Parents choose one of three payment options:

OPTION 1 - Annual Plan.  "PREFERRED" A one-time annual fee. (5% disucount if paid prior to 15th July on annual only)

OPTION 2 - Semester Plan.  Two payments at semester start.  Costs 5% more than Opt 1.

OPTION 3 - Monthly Plan.  An initial payment at enrollment followed by 8 monthly payments beginning in Sept or an initial payment followed by 3 monthly payments beginning in Sept or Feb when enrolled for only one semester.   The monthly payments are due by the 7th of each month.  Costs 7% more than OPT 1.

Notes

  • These figures are inclusive of all text book, technology, ESL, swimming and graduation fees.  Bus and hot lunch costs are not included.
  • Early years fees are inclusive of extended care.
  • A 10% late fee that will be charged for all late payments.
  • Fees are non-refundable.  Parents enrolling children part-year should choose Monthly Payment Plan (Option 3).
  • $400 application fee for first time students (non refundable).

Discounts

  • 5% discount on annual fees paid on or before 15th July and 01 January.
  • 10% discount for 3rd and each additional child enrolled; first two are at full rate.
  • Discounts may also be available to full-time missionaries and NGO workers who depend on self-raised support. Applications should be submitted to Board for approval.

$175 per semester early years

$210 per semester Gr 1-6

$230 per semester Gr 7-12

 

Bus fare/child (optional)

Route: Buziga, Bunga, Muyenga: $400 1st Semester, $450 2nd Semester

Route: Bugolobi, Port Bell: $450 1st Semester, $500 2nd Semester

Route: Kololo, Kisimente, Makarere:  $450 1st Semester, $500 2nd Semester

 

Payment

An application form and invoice is available from the school reception.  Fees can be paid by cheque or as a bank transfer either in US Dollars or in Ugandan shillings*.  Heritage does not accept cash payments at the reception.
